Kari Mattek has over 25 years of experience in Technology, most recently as the Sr. Director accountable for HR systems, vendors, and talent management. Kari spent much of her career with senior executives, finding pragmatic solutions for sales, planning, and marketing divisions. Kari has a passion for affordable housing, working alongside local community partners to improve neighborhoods and communities. Recently, Kari spent hours co-creating a dome using aircrete.

Anne Panter is a lifelong advocate and supporter of education as a primary driver of individual potential and success. She has a 40-year career record of successfully managing and raising support for institutions and nonprofit organizations that promote, advance, and sustain learning opportunities in all environments. She is a ’78 UWM graduate and was a key member of the University Advancement team for 14 years prior to retirement in 2020.

Conor Williams serves as an Affiliate Liaison with WISDOM, a subsidiary of Milwaukee InnerCity Congregations Allied for HOPE (MICAH). An economist by training, he is a Stephen Minister, and is currently studying for a Master of Arts in Lutheran Ministries at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN to become a Deacon within the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
